"A Mother's Wish" Update to provide affordable quality programming for individuals with moderate-severe autism

Dear everyone:
It is the third month of "A Mother's Wish" (AMW) campaign: I am continuing to meet wonderful people whom I hope will partner with me on my mission to provide affordable quality programming for individuals with moderate-severe autism, as well as the people who have shown incredible support and assistance for this endeavour.
With AMW, I have sought to roll out the campaign at a pace that matches the fact that I am still running it on my own (with the awesome help of my boyfriend who helps to upload content on the Website). This pace has allowed me to meet with interested parties who have challenged me to hone my vision for AMW and the game plan for its implementation. In this month's update, I present an updated vision of AMW and a calendar of events to invite active participation. I sincerely hope that you will join me in this endeavour. • Hello there Ms Kah Ying! :)

I am currently working on a project on child autism and hope that I too can do my part to help them.

Having read most of your previous postings,I found this data which would be very helpful in my cause,it is:

'What we have learnt is that Volunteer Welfare Organisations (VWOs) are unable to offer more places due to inadequate government funding: Though it costs about $2,200 per month per client in a DAC, current government funding is only about $300.'

I need a source as evidence to prove this is true. If you can kindly help me, can you tell me where did you get the source for this data? :)

    Thanks a lot!
