Sebastien and me on Channel News Asia

Dear everyone: 

Sebastien and I were featured recently on "I-Journalist" (Channel News Asia) in a segment on mental illness; the topic was whether people with mental illness should have kids? Sebastien courageously coped with six hours of filming in one day, which was packaged into a five-minute segment. In this short clip, you will nonetheless learn about my struggles with manic depression and Sebastien's transformation of my life. Sebastien, autism and all, was instrumental in raising me up and challenging me to be better than I can be.
