Update on Picture Book Fund

Today, I will be presenting a cheque in the payment of $600.00 (from the picture book fund, All Because of the Hummingbird... Or the Horse) to Delta Senior School (DSS) (part of the Association of Persons with Special Needs) that caters to 17- and 18-year olds. The student population includes diverse students with special needs including autism. This sum of money will be dedicated to the student welfare fund, which is essentially used to cover items needed by poor students who are unable to pay for them.

In my work with DSS, I trust in the integrity of the Principal, Ms. Soh Mee Choo, to disburse and use the funds as we had discussed.

In the coming months, I will be continuing to provide an update on the disbursement of the picture book fund to various charity organisations. I will also be retaining a small sum from the picture book fund to subsidise either needy clients in my individual consultations, and/or to support my work in the field of special needs.
